Renovation Coordinator

Job Overview

The Renovation Coordinator is responsible for scheduling renovation projects, communicating with homeowners, managing contracts, and ensuring materials and labor are organized for each job. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Position Details:

  • Location: Charleston, SC
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Reports To: Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Sales Support

  • Answer incoming renovation inquiries and schedule appointments for estimates.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Follow up on renovation leads, send quotes, and track responses to ensure timely follow-ups.

Project Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule all renovation projects, including liner replacements, plastering, decking, and other upgrades.
  • Organize subcontractor schedules and communicate project timelines.
  • Maintain and update renovation calendars daily to track project progress.

Administrative & Financial Tasks

  • Prepare and send contracts, invoices, and payment requests for renovation jobs.
  • Ensure all payments are collected on time and in accordance with contract terms.
  • Manage the ordering and tracking of materials needed for each renovation project.

Project Oversight & Documentation

  • Schedule liner measurements and oversee production/delivery timelines.
  • Monitor warranty claims and follow up with homeowners as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and organized.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in construction scheduling, project coordination, or customer service preferred.

Skills & Physical Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and project management tools.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
