Heritage Pool’s team recently completed the construction of my elevated pool for our new home. Building an elevated pool is a complicated process that requires a great deal of coordination with the various designers and contractors. From beginning to end the Heritage team was informative and helpful.

Heritage did a great job with my new pool build. It came in ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the final product. Mackenzie as the scheduler and Nino as the Project Manager were fantastic to work with.

Heritage was great to deal with! We were blessed with perfect weather and it was done in 2 months. Chad was very helpful and patient with design suggestions and out multiple iterations! Nino did a great job as a project manager and supported us with any issue we had during construction and got it corrected. Mackenzie kept us posted with the schedule and what to expect. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

The team at Heritage Pools was great! Everyone was very professional from the pool designer to the construction liaison and construction/pool maintenance teams. While there were inevitable delays (i.e., weather), the completion time was better than expected, especially after hearing stories from other homeowners about other pool companies. I also had a Badujet installed, which is great! I have no doubt we would choose them again if we had to do it all over again!

I honestly can’t say enough great things about our experience. They completed our pool very quick and we couldn’t be more pleased with their services. Mackenzie has been amazing! Always checking in throughout the process and answering any questions we had in a timely manner. They are now doing weekly maintenance for us and doing a great job as expected. We would highly recommend Heritage Pools to anyone in the Charleston area looking for a pool contractor. It was a wonderful experience!

When I started to search for a pool builder I was focused on a gunnite pool. When I talked with Michael, owner of Heritage Pools he asked me if I ever considered a fiberglass pool. I did my research and glad I went with the fiberglass pool. From the start of project to the finish they were top notch. Mackenzie was on top of all the details and a dream to work with. The crews are professional and do fantastic work. I have had pool installed by another local firm and they cannot compare to the pro’s at Heritage.
