Our Story
It all began when Michael Gesmond was just 8 years old, sitting on his father's lap in an excavator. Throughout high school, Michael learned the importance of quality and workmanship as he worked with his father on residential pools. In 2004, Michael moved to Charleston to begin building Heritage Pools while working multiple jobs and replacing vinyl pool liners from the back of a Honda Civic. In 2005, Heritage Pools built their first complete pool. After years of hard work and dedication, Heritage Pools is now recognized on Pool and Spa News' Top 50 Service and Construction. It's truly remarkable how Michael's vision for a better pool service has come to life.
