Renovation Sales and Project Manager

Job Overview

The Renovation Sales and Project Manager is responsible for conducting site visits, preparing estimates, securing contracts, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring renovations are executed to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Estimating

  • Conduct on-site evaluations, take photos, and gather information for renovation quotes.
  • Prepare detailed renovation quotes with a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Follow up with leads to answer questions and close sales, ensuring timely communication.
  • Secure contracts, assist with material selections, and manage customer expectations.

Project Management & Scheduling

  • Work closely with the Renovation Coordinator to schedule and track projects.
  • Attend pre-construction walkthroughs with homeowners to review project details.
  • Communicate project timelines and expectations clearly with clients.

On-Site Oversight & Quality Control

  • Perform site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality.
  • Verify correct installation of plumbing, electrical, tiling, and decking before each phase.
  • Ensure job sites remain clean and organized throughout the renovation.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs two weeks after project completion to address any concerns.

Documentation & Team Coordination

  • Complete and submit project checklists for each phase of work.
  • Manage and process additional work authorizations (AWAs) when required.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to address quality issues and schedule repairs.
  • Sign off on completed work to approve vendor billing.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in sales, construction project management, or pool renovations preferred.

Skills & Physical Requirements

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple renovation projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
