Your own project manager runs the build. Rain is the biggest variable: each rain day can add two or more days while the site dries.

Yes. Heritage handles standard building permit applications and provides everything your HOA needs to approve the project.
How soon can I swim after a concrete pool is finished?
New plaster needs a full 28-day cure before regular swimming. Your project manager walks you through startup, water chemistry, and first-swim timing.
