A fiberglass pool arrives as one finished shell, so there’s less digging, forming and curing in your yard than with a concrete pool. Your exact schedule depends on permits and site conditions, and we confirm it once your design is set.
Permitting timelines are the wild card, not the build. Start the conversation in winter, and you are swimming by May.

Every shape we install is a factory-finished shell, available from compact courtyard sizes up to full-family footprints. Rectangles suit modern Mount Pleasant builds; freeform shapes soften older Charleston lots where a hard rectangle would fight the yard.
TANNING LEDGES
A tanning ledge is a shallow shelf, usually 8 to 12 inches deep, where you can put a lounger in the water. In Charleston heat, it is the most-used part of most pools we build, and the reason parents with toddlers pick fiberglass at all.

Charleston sits barely above sea level, and on many sites we hit groundwater within six feet of grade in parts of West Ashley, James Island and the peninsula; it can be closer to two. That is the number one reason fiberglass pools fail here when they are installed by crews from out of the region.
